My name is Pete Matthewman and I hail from Brookfield a smallish country town about 50km west of Melbourne in Victoria, Australia.
It is with great sadness that I announce that the It's My Country Radio Show is NO more.
After recent passings of loved ones and friends I have decided to call it a day on my show and concentrate on enjoying the rest of my days with my wife and daughter.
It has truly been a great honor to be played on so many wonderful radio stations around the world and I will forever be grateful to you and your listeners for giving me the chance to bring you great country music.
This journey has taken me more than 10 years and more than 550 shows (350 as My Country Australia + 204 as the It's My Country Radio Show) and I just don't have the mojo to do it anymore.
Once again THANK YOU for your wonderful support over the years and I wish you all the very best for Christmas and the New Year.
